With the voice of a multitude of united opinions

A sting of regret or shame or resentment.

She said things change

With an over powering tone of knowing

A sparkle, a sigh, and a secret fear of knowledge.

She said things change

Over the vital documents and print cartridge changes

A simple solution to a complex equation.

She said things change

But believes she might be wrong

Hopes secretly, in darkness, to keep from public shame.

An easy answer when the words are missing

When the lights go out, when the senses bleed.

She knew she heard it somewhere

She just doesn't know where...or when...the change is complete.
