I now own a phone once more. It even works. However, with the frustration of having to completely reprogram it and manually enter each and every one of of my contacts (even though I have a sim card, a memory chip, AND I saved them all on the Verizon Wireless website...all these means to save and transfer information and yet they still prove worthless), I find myself wondering why I wanted a blackberry. And if this darn phone so much as hiccups, I am getting something different. I'm tired of this nonsense stress caused by a stupid device that doesn't even matter. Technology is ever working backward.
